I just love that over the years scaling champs isn't really a thing anymore, like 80% of the cast can fully one rotation kill people at full hp. Like Hwei really is supposed to be a scaling team fighter, same with Vladimir but we all know the power of E ult and empowered Q. Even Viegar and Nasus before stacking right when they hit six.

theres no way hes dead if he gets hit by e he is full hp ahri doesnt one shot with e w q at that point he would still have abput 400 500 hp maybe 300. Also, the point here is he played suboptimally but still had enough damage to 100 0 even though hes supposed to be an artillery mage. He has reaaally good combo potential like ahri or syndra or orianna unlike xerath or velkoz whose only combo comes from starting off with the stun ability e which is a normal hard to hit skillshot. Hwei on the other hand can start with qe slowing and terrain controling for like 5 seconds mind you, then ee pull into qe with no counterplay (almost undodgeable). Then follow up with ult. And use ult slow to hit qw (yes cooldown is back up). He is able to do a looooot of things, hes probably op , but people dont know how to play him perfectly just yet
