Getting hit by a boogie woogie should force your camera to unlock. What's the point in switching with the enemy if they automatically flip around and hit you anyway

It's meant to be used when they charge up a big attack. Example: Gojo launches red, Todo switches with him and the red misses. If the camera unlocked after boogie woogie, it would really annoying and make Todo extremely OP. The way it is now, Todo's move is disorienting but doesn't completely fuck you over. Even if you still have lock-on, its jarring to be immediately teleported to somewhere else. Look at 1:52, that boogie woogie put the main Todo in a horrible position.

Yeah but as far as i know he can do so much with it. Its just he needs to be played wisely. -R1 switches todo with enemy. -R1 + thumbstick left or right swithes friend with enemy. -R1 + forward thumbstick switches enemy with enemy 2. -R1 + backwards thumbstick switches todo with ally. Clap cooldow is 10 sec and it takes 1 bar of cursed energy. Todo also gets speed buff after using the technique.

Yeah that was clutch. Makes me really excited to play. In the right hands, todo is a monster. You just gotta think like him and look at the whole battlefield to use his technique. He said it himself, he fights best with someone else so this game style is perfect for him. A simple but effective technique in the right hands. People will either hate or love playing with him and either will end good or bad at Todo. I think he’s just one of those characters 🔥
