A BOTTLE of halo A DAY?! WTF! That's terrifying! 😂 Seriously, this was so much fun to watch for someone like me who was a Westside fan boy during their hey day. Thanks to everyone involved for these great Table Talk guests over the past months!

Louie had a great dynamic the lifters would chase his validation even thought he wouldn’t give it to them so they would work harder and harder and that gave west side the world records.

Absolutely LIVING for these stories!! So valuable to listen to. Dave, PLEASE continue to do these table talks!! Priceless interviews!! Thank you to the Film Crew that made this possible! Wait.. horse liniment?! I've put that on my skin as a blood flow/ proprioception tool, but snorting it?! I think your lungs would lock up from the swelling on those sensitive tissues! That's nuttier than squirrel poop 😶

I was at the Arnold where they and AJ deadlifted plus an NPC bodybuilder. I was right up front and it was awesome seeing 800+ deadlifts as someone new to it.

Dave Tate laughing and shaking his head wondering how the hell are you alive ? Also like to add: it’s crazy we see theses freaks and what they accomplished. This podcast, how many have underachieved. It’s mind blowing

Why wouldn't your multi ply deadlift be bigger than your raw deadlift?
@davidroob4835 Жыл бұрын
Multi ply squat and benches take a lot more energy out of you than raw lifts, therefore the deadlift suffers more
@AllPainNoGains Жыл бұрын
Exactly what David said. Geared lifting is much more fatiguing than raw lifting. Also, deadlift suits Don't have nearly as much carry over as squat suits and bench shirts.
@eliteftsofficial Жыл бұрын
Dave asked this and Greg said it was because of his stoke. He never regained full grip strength in his hand. His raw lifting was after his brain clot

I absolutely the podcast, but you guys gotta adjust the volume gate or something because all the mouth noises being just as loud as their voices is so distracting lol

Great interview. They are right guys today rely to much on the gear. I see guys benching 275 raw them almost 700 in a band shirt. Have to be strong with or without the gear. No one does enough volume, guys are soft now a days. Why be strong if you dint look strong
