Thank you for this bro, this is my favorite list that I’ve seen so far! Appreciate you explaining your decisions and running through lines, it is a massive help for a (for now) non-guardian player. Rouse seems cool although turns like the one where you drew all three are absolutely dibilitating 😅 The potential for wide turns with it is great, what could you replace it with?

i think rouse would be replaced with another utility blue (probably imposing visage), although i think its a pretty powerful blue and it was just a bit unlucky how it panned out in the game. getting to send 13 with 3 blues by going rouse - pitch remaining 2 blues to sledge or use tunic and arsenal one is pretty fantastic in the mirror for 2nd cycle

This might be my favorite decklist for Jarl so far. Would it be possible to get a sideboard guide for different matchups in Fabrary or in a video? I really want to try this but I've never ran Civic Steps before and need some help knowing what cards to take into which matchups to make the list run as efficiently as possible.

This game shows what I feel is Jarls biggest problem. The moment he loses tempo he just has no way of getting it back. You were in the commanding position until you drew 3x rouse and then the game ends.

But he doesn't offer anything new, the equipment doesn't do anything, the basic block is below average, weapon terrible, earth not possible, guardian below rate e.t.c.

i decided to cut yellows winters bite to add it back in. the main reason for its exclusion originally is how low the fuse count is. i moved it to the SB for matchups where you can reliably pitch stack it
