The only thing to say is that this is prohibited because cutting nerves from a horse's leg is strictly prohibited in Europe because it brings an advantage to the horse !! The Swedish owners dared to take the risk of buying an American trotter (who are the kings of cheating and doping) so they must assume and reimburse all the money earned with Propulsion because everything was mentioned on the technical sheet of the horse before the purchase ....
