The more I listen to Eddie, the more I like him. He’s funny, good looking, & I agree with pretty much all he says. My hope is that the next season of BD reunites Eddie & Capt Lee once again...IMO they have a great & entertaining rapport. I’m still not sure about Francesca. On one hand I get her frustration with Elizabeth...but on the other hand I get the impression she was kind of mean & condescending with her. Elizabeth blames everyone else for every wrong thing she does. The rocks she carries around have more brains and common sense than she does. I agree with Eddie regarding Rachel walking off the boat, but I would also include the way she talked to Captain Lee.................... inexcusable and proves she cannot be trusted or depended on.

Elizabeth is a toxic liar. She claims to be this spiritual person. Being spiritual is more than being a flake and carrying crystals.she blames Francesca for not giving her a chance. She forgets about the guests, she forgets that sunscreen when she was specifically told to bring it., she flirts and gets distracted by anything in pants. She’s very deceptive and manipulative. Rachel is basically a fool. Crying for her boyfriend, taking Elizabeth’s side? What is there about chefs the ale them so unstable and violent? Izzy was hopeless as a stewardess and blames Francesca for her incompetence. What do these women think? They are in a high demand job that demands perfection. Spirituality is taking responsibility for your actions not this nonsense that she was spouting,I really didn’t like her or the crew members who sided with her.

Francesca has set up such a toxic environment for Elizabeth. Elizabeth can't make a move without Fran getting on her case. Fran leads by criticism instead of compliments. She should take a page out of Kate's book. Learn to say things nicely, be helpful, stop laying blame! If Fran thinks Liz is incompetent, then she work along side of her. Fran doesn't believe in teamwork. As a leader, she's incompetent. I could never work for someone like that.

She gave Liz shit for working so late but then complained that not all of the decorations were taken down. No matter what Liz does, it's never going to be enough... she can't win.

@@shannonsullivan143 I always thought 2 stews went ashore to serve the guests meals because it was so much extra work with setup, waiting on guests and packing things to go back to the boat. I think Hannah and Kate almost always went ashore with their guests. Fran probably wanted the afternoon off and since she and the other stew swam in uniform, Liz now has more laundry to do.

Fran is not a bad boss. But she is vindictive. I can see her deliberately causing Elizabeth to fail, just to get rid of her. Elizabeth is scatter brained, so Fran should have made a list for her to reference, for the picnic. Also, Fran should promote Ashley, and demote Elizabeth.
