She had been terrorized by Fransesca from day one. It is not normal for a leader to stand and listen behind doors and walls, it is psychotic behavior. A few years ago, we had a survey that showed that at least 80% of those who quit their jobs were due to poor management or leadership. We have a labor inspectorate that has instructed companies to improve their working environment and treat their employees properly. The working environment on this boat, was dumped with a big bang. Unfortunately, I do not think Captain Lee discovered that Fransesca was a psychotic leader.

I find it really hard to understand Elizabeth and the way she behaved. I have to say I tend to see the positiveness in people but all I saw was her not pulling her weight, not putting the guests, yacht and crew first and having no respect for the chain of command. I do wish Elizabeth the best and I hope that she finds a job/career that suits her personality. I love this program and Captain Lee is my favourite captain because he is fantastic at his job, he has the patience of a Saint and he doesn't take any crap and states his expectations on day one. I nave high functioning aspergers and I appreciate it when people are blunt and just tell me what I'm doing wrong so that I can have the opportunity to do it right straight away.

I think part of the reason why Elizabeth thought she was doing well was Izzy and Rachel were not checking her on the points which Francesca was. They kept giving her the impression that she was being picked on by her boss. Although they definitely had no obligation to tell her what she did wrong and could improve, their blind support kinda did assist the development of her delusion in a way.

Elizabeth however managed to make mustard gas in the laundry room, fails at service, forgets basic equipment for guests and has a bad attitude. Every charter she manages to do something wrong

It may well be Elizabeth was not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but the one who fails the most is Fransesca, she is a disgusting bitch, she exploits her power over others, and begins to terrorize it or those she dislikes, and so she stands and listens to what they are talking about. She also plays the innocent when she talks to Captain Lee. Ashton had the same attitude towards Rhylee. Why don't the others tell Elizabeth if she has everything for the beach, after all a lot must be remembered and you should be helped along. No, Fransesca was only looking for an opportunity to get her kicked out. I myself have had a leader like Frensesca, those she liked had the yolk in an egg, while those she did not like were terrorized, she was called the "Ice Queen", sweet on the outside but a cold person on the inside.

The engineer on the boat found mustard gas in the air from the boat diagnostics. The crew were all sick from it. Elizabeth was dumb enough that she would have put ammonia, and other household cleaners in with the bleach. She’s an idiot.
