If you pay closer attention to the animation and pause it in certain places you can see the animation is a bit janky. You can even look up paused frames.

@@randomperson3119 The 1st movie was a flop(according to the production committee's expectations for the movie at least, cuz $5 million is usually not a flop for a non-canon movie, but 7DS was massively popular at the time, but IG the movie just didn't have very good marketing), so as a result the production commitee in charge of the series IP cut the budget by a lot and even worse they pulled the deadline for season 3 much closer, which meant that the studio would have to rush the season with a much lower budget. As a result, A-1 Pictures(the studio that did seasons 1 and 2 and the 1st movie) refused to animate season 3 under those conditions, so they dropped the series, and then had to pass it to another studio. No studio accepted to pick it up besides Studio Deen, who are known for being terrible at managing their schedule and they usually take up more than they can handle, since their schedule was full at the time, they didn't have any time to actually animate Seven Deadly Sins season 3 since all their staff were busy with other projects, so they decided to hire a 3rd rate animation studio known for assisting with background animation called Marvy Jack, and that's the studio that ended up animating pretty much the entirety of season 3 as well as most of season 4 and the Grudge of Edinburgh movie. Studio Deen only ever actually animated a handful of scenes in season 4 and the 2nd movie(cursed by light). hence the shitty animation in season 3, and the OKAY animation in season 4.

oh story is awesome through and through.. the animation.. jump alot :D some episodes are fine some are okay.. and some are aboslutly bad.. :D but people definitelly overreacting.. its watchable alright.. there are few scenes that suffered cause the animation.. like an epic scenes.. which is a shame
