For all the people who are commenting "Elizabeth is a bitch for betraying Ciel" and the like, really? When she was the one who was lied to and thus breaking her trust for him first? I’m going to be honest I like Elizabeth which is kinda why I don’t hardcore ship her with Ciel. SPOILER WARNING MANGA Elizabeth is so clearly In love with him even if he wasn’t the real Ciel which is why she felt so betrayed and I can’t blame her. She was lied to the entire time their were together and she felt as if her feelings were taken advantage of. Anyone would react the same way she did, plus it may be true that Ciel is fond of Elizabeth and cares deeply for her but as we saw with the camera Ciel cares most about Sebastian. And before you attack me no this isn’t me shipping them this is me stating facts. After all Sebastian is the one who pulled him out of a hell even if he has to go back to real hell one day. He gave his everything to Sebastian and doesn’t try to weasel out of it, he’s the only one who knows Ciel to his core, they are connected. Of course he loves Sebastian the most, how could he not? He even took a form that resembles his father, in Ciels eyes he’s all he has left and he’s willing to go to hell for it. Elizabeth deserves someone who will be honest to her and stay with her in life till the end since Ciel may not even live that long till he gets his revenge. Elizabeth wrecked a ship full of Zombies for him, she deserves someone who will give their whole heart to her. Everyone see’s these facts as weird even wrong (Cause people look at it In the wrong way) and the truth is that it is. But you know why? Because it’s meant to be that way, what did people think black butler was? It’s a literal show about cults, murder, R*pe, torture, demons, angels, reapers, murder, underground trafficking and gore. Yes the designs and the characters may be pretty and it has comedy some place but it’s truly a dark story about a child gave his soul away to a demon after being violated and tortured to seek revenge on everyone who killed his parents. It’s dark and twisted so it’s not very surprising that Ciel considers Sebastian almost the same way Alois considered Claude, if Sebastian cares or not is up to interpretation. Again I don’t ship it nor support it but people using it as a reason to Hate Elizabeth or people using it as a way to jump on people who do like Elizabeth just annoys me. Their all good characters they just happen to be in a dark storyline where we can only hope in the end she will be happy cause we all know Ciel won’t make it to the end. So stop hating on her FR. (Also I truly ship Ciel with therapy and a happy ending.)
