What a great interview. I saw the original all the way over in Nova Scotia on RTE last year. The tradition carried over the ocean. The city in which I grew up, Saint John, New Brunswick, is a very Irish city. (most of the Irish descendants were those of 'The Hunger' survivors....a tough lot). Stopping for the hearse to respect the deceased was common bot on the sidewalk and by those driving.

These interviews that Tommy does make superb television. He's genuinely interested in the people he interviews. She was an excellent interviewee. Tommy has such great subtle timing to keep the interviews moving. Love it! Thanks for posting!

Absolutely brilliant. She was very interesting to listen to. It's an interesting business as well, of course we're all going to go that way and it will be interesting to care about new technologies for it.
