One of my favorite movies. I think, knowing what I know of Stacy men. That they were sexist and they wanted her removed because they didnt want her ruling them. She was a strong independent woman. " The Plot Thickens"

the cast was extraordinary but did a poor job in conveying the concept of a monarchy so it struggled here in the u.s. but I liked it I went to the movies to see it. but I could see the audience struggle understanding the purpose of the court and back and fourth of the politics of the day. plots of Spain, and of Mary Stewart.

The Spanish Armada having 10,000 men; how many ships; how big the army?? - For something that would muster-up so much resources, I would believe having God in your side would be essential. I mean, consider the costing?!!!
