Very cute. The Mr and Mrs Claus pieces are called “shelf sitters” 😊. There were all kinds of dolls and animals that were made like that. By the way, thrifting in California is the most expensive. I saw an ugly pair of bird votives that I thought might be made cute with some paint. The original price tag was in the birds- $5.99. Goodwill priced them at $10, each! Used paperbacks (I love to read), were priced at $6! Even at 1/2 price, $3 seems like a lot to charge for a book that I may not end up liking. Ughhh. No wonder people were walking out of the store empty handed.

Hi my sweet friend! Hope everything is going well for you!😊 The ceramic rolling pin was so pretty! I have 2 that are made of marble, like a gray & white mingle. I found one & someone have me the other one with the marble piece it sets in. Those things are sooo heavy, i say they are lethal weapons!😄 I love the multi color transferware, and actually my second fav. The purple is my first, but super hard to find! Oooh my! I love collecting old lamps, they're one oof my weaknesses. There were so many right there together!😮 The one you looked at with flowers on it was gorgeous! I've been wanting one with flowers on it made basically like that one or the oil lamp shape. I'm planning to look for vintage ornaments & old wood toys to go under the tree for decor, for next year! We're still with our son so we didn't get to decorate this year🫤 Just had a hard time finding a house with enough space now that we have our 3 & 5yr old grandbabies, that we could afford. Rent is crazy here! But as Of last week we found our house!! We move in Jan 21st!! And I in the country weigh A big fenced in yard for the kids.. I'm so ecstatic! That jug was very nice! Oh I love the little mouse house! Just precious!😊 Oh goodness..i love the shelf sitting Santa & Mrs Claus! So pretty!!🎅🏻🤶🏻 So glad you took them home! They look so cute on the shelf! Great price too! I love rocking horses & that one was beautiful! Ohh those rugs are gorgeous! I've definitely got to have some rugs! I've got to have quite a few things🥴 But there's a really nice, big habitat here that has lots of furniture.. so hopefully we can thrift some things! I would say that total was a nice little Christmas bonus for being a regular customer!😁 The little set of snowmen is super cute!⛄Your kitchen shelves look so pretty, love how you've styled them! We shop in Washington state which has some great Antique shops as well as thrifted stores, but you have to always think of that exchange rate being Canadian, makes a difference to what you buy. I live in the area you went thrifting in the United States. I'm familiar with the Amvets in North Buffalo and regularly thrift at that Goodwill location. I will say you were nearby at least four more thrift stores, with a 10 minute radius. There is Hearts for Homeless on Sheridan in Tonawanda, Savers, another Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity on Niagara Falls Blvd in Amherst. If you ever come back to the area, I would check those out too! We just got a Bins in Hamburg, about 30 minutes away too!
