Does an llc you are going to use as a holding company have to have the term ...holding llc in it like EPW Holding llc as opposed to jus EPW llc and still have several dba's under it ..thank you

No it does not need "holding" in the name -- that's just a convention

The USPTO charges $250 per class to file a trademark application, if you use their stock trademark class descriptions (or it is $350/class if you make your own).

Hi. What if the name is the same name but they have another letter added to it? Will I have trouble?

Usually that could be trouble, unless the extra letter makes it an entirely different word with different connotations
