It's so jazzy and nostalgic. Ella was asking her to switch to a more "pop" sound because the theme song is bubblegum pop style, and because the 100+ trainees need to have a relatively unified sound. But her natural voice is beautiful and unique on its own.

I like all of them alot! Ella is the sweet, humorous and caring mentor, Jony J is adorable and awkward. For Lisa, because of the language barrier, she feels left out from the jokes sometimes but she is still trying her best to mentor the trainees seriously. Great selection by the production team.
