She would need steering / directing and that's not what you want (i'm a creative director). Ella will bring it all, her own style, her song, her voice, her creative input and she'd put a really good spin on it... I don't think she's too good. We need to raise the bar and send *excellent* artists, not good artists. But I get where you're coming from :)
