Dental care professional here ☝🏻great to hear your flossing! Only thing I’d recommend to get the best out of your routine is doing it all in this order: Floss, mouthwash, THEN brush. And after brushing spit out the toothpaste but DO NOT RINSE- you need the fluoride in the toothpaste to stay on the teeth so it can work!! This goes for kids too! Hope that helps 🫶🏻❤️

Hi. Plz don’t be alarmed with foot peel. I tried one few yrs ago and the end result was amazing. The intermediary can be shocking as you lose a layer of skin which comes away over a period of time. Winter is the best time to do it as you can wear socks. I did it in the “British” summer so you can imagine 😂😂😂 not a pretty sight in sandals. Lesson learned. However again my feet were so so soft. ❤❤❤❤❤ to you all ❤❤

The dove white bar is my absolute fav!! I follow up with the body wash form of that one too. I also love to use the dove macadamia and rice body scrub, it’s soo good and not to harsh. Lotion wise Nivea ultra moisturizing almond oil lotion is top tier the scent isn’t perfumery or anything but it works so good to layer perfumes on top of, you definitely need to try!!

A Target run alone would be heavenly! There's no way in this world I would take all 4 of these foster kids to Target! I can take the newborn, but iI would spend all my money on her! 🥰 And our new granddaughter due on Christmas Eve💕 With her being #15, I would be baby shopping, 2 grands with Dec 22nd with birthdays and then Christmas.....Yeah, I wouldn't buy anything for myself except a Starbucks drink.
