Aqui no Brasil usamos os mesmos ingredientes, exceto a baunilha. Chamamos de gemada. Mudamos a forma de fazer. I loved the recipe! You could have put some caramel on the base of each ramekin and then the custard mixture. After the fridge hours, you can unmold the deserts and pour on some chantilly cream and more caramel sauce. Delicious!!! In Argentina we add some dulce de leche with the chantilly.
