It's not that us Indians always eat food with hands we do use utensils but we prefer our hands. And yes we always make sure that our hands are always thoroughly washed before eating and yea u eat stuff with hands we eat stuffs with hands we all eat stuffs with hands it's nothing new we humans have been doing it since as far before as we learnt how to eat food, so there ain't nothing wrong with it fam

Persians eat yogurt with their food. they pour into a small bowl for each person beside the dish. and we eat it like how we eat the salad with the food. one spoon of food , followed by one spoon of yogurt :)))
