Hi 5, to those that reflect on their mistakes and end up encarcerated. However, there are so many that just are happy going no where. I applaud this gentleman for turning his life around and not giving up. Great job!!

Coss is amazing. I heard about his story back in 2017 after seeing a video of his story on BuzzFeed, I was so inspired and moved by it, I asked my college to host him for a seminar. A few months later he came to our college. I had the honor of meeting him and hosting the seminar that day. Afterwards the participants and I got to experience a ConBody workout. Never have I EVER experienced such a workout. It was AMAZING!! It was intense, incredible and whenever I could feel myself losing stamina and starting to slow, Coss would encourage and push us to give that extra drive to keep going with such ferocity and confidence that you couldn't help but keep pushing on. So amazing to see him on Ellen! Congrats Coss! You are an inspiration and a LEGEND!

Mask mandates have been lifted yet the audience must wear them? It makes no sense.

Because it's a CROWD where members are CLOSELY seated to one another for more than an hour of taping . And it might be an OPTION also to CHOOSE by the audience since they don't have enough SAFE DISTANCING. Mask mandates might have been lifted BUT are you willing to "gamble" for more than an hour during the taping. It's better /safer to ASSUME that the person seated next to you might be asymptomatic.
