Ellen mentioned, "I could read again", around the 9:30 - 9:45 time stamp. That description of words is some of my experience. Reading in my experience was just looking at the words, seeing the words, recognizing the words but nothing processed well to make a sentence or sense. I am passed that stage now. When I read now it can a very vivid experience. More imaginable, deeper thought.

Hi Ellen my name is Patti Love I am 59 yrs old I sound breathy like you . I too have been diagnosed with heart issues . I had covid three times. I had 2 Pfizer vaccines. I am vaccine injured . In 2023 I threw many clots from my left leg in to my lungs. It turns out I was one of the lucky ones who had long clots both legs . Resulting in a few months of terror as I also had a saddle embolism . I am on blood thinners for the rest of my life now. Pre this all happening I had a successful jewelry making business. Because of my breathing I am now 18 months in without making anything. I spent a bit feeling sorry for myself then realized I had to do something about my social decline. I had essentially become a home body. I was afraid I was going to die. So I sought out an anxiety clinic through my Dr's office . It was the best thing I could have ever done . It taught me number one I am not alone in my anxiety . It also taught me to breathe. I box breathe daily . It is how I go to sleep . I use mouth tape for shallower breathing . I am climbing back on to the life wagon. I hope to be making jewelry again very soon. Seeing this interview and seeing me in your struggle and how well you are doing is giving me even more hope. Thank you for sharing your stories Raelan and Ellen. May the wind always be at your back as you regain your life back.

L Arginine with lipsomal vitamin C has some research in Italy on long COVID. If on blood thinners consult a doctor first for L Arginine. Phosphatidyl -Choline after testing twice I noticed it makes a difference, I used it for my fatty liver first . A sluggish liver can make fatigue worse . So energy improved and less aching with that . Best wishes to you! Stay strong you will eventually get better. Slowly overtime symptoms reduce. Research blood washing in Germany as last resort.

If I may lend an insight, I think Covid jarred us into the reality that we’ve been hardwired, Lulled to sleep, or even brainwashed by the false sense of safety from our past environment, culture and schooled learning experiences…… my biblical perspective reminds me of the so-called silver lining Referred to. “What was meant for evil, God works to good”…… . What Ellen seems to be pointing to, is that we were all fitted for the perfection of the garden that God created, safe and secure. I find it interesting, that the two of you referred to the comfort of speaking to someone in your minds eye…. With respect, I too have gone down the road of calamity and suffering, why not back it up a little further to the God of creation?🎉🎉🎉

I guess if it worked for you, it worked. But, even in your case I notice what I noticed in my own cases; the disease itself wasn't the problem, it was over quickly. She said it herself. The real problem started when she thought she had recovered. Same for me. The conclusion I came to was that it was an autoimmune response to the infection. My immune system became confused, and started attacking me instead of disease. My thesis [1] is that people who get long covid have really strong immune systems; might be wrong, might be right, but I know I have a really strong immune system. With that insight, I began looking for ways to shock my immune system back to normal. The first time (Wuhan) what worked was a concoction of chamomile and lots of ginger tea, sweetened. The moment I drank the first dose, I could immediately feel the change, and knew I was on the path to recovery. The second time (Delta) that didn't work. But, fortunately, there is a shrub that grows here called wolfberry (Chinese version called gojiberry), and it was the right time of the year for it to be fruiting. It was used by the original Americans as a medicinal plant, and is astringent. Again, the moment I ate the berries, I immediately knew that I was on the path to recovery. I've been exposed many times since, had Omicron and B7 simultaneously, and never got long covid again. Now, I try to keep my immune system up to date with the latest increment, and occasionally I'll get a sniffle when I encounter a new variant. One thing of interest that I've recently read is that the spike protein has been found in the microbiome. Both the disease and the jab (not a vaccine) take over cellular machinery to produce more virus or spike protein, so either could be responsible. You might want to make a batch of fermented vegetables, and eat them and lots of soluble fiber to reset your microbiome if you have long covid. Easy, cheap, and beneficial regardless if you have long covid or not. Vitamin D and its accessory minerals, you can find the recipe online. Even during the disease heyday, a study showed that the level of vitamin D in the blood had a direct negative correlation with the likelihood of getting ill with covid. The higher the vitamin D level, the less likely illness. Vitamin D is essential to the immune system. No jab. I had Wuhan in 2020 before the jab, and decided to trust my natural immunity. The lies and deception and authoritarian actions just removed all trust I had in the establishment. If you doubt that, there is lots of evidence that everything they did was wrong. Read the book 'Plague Upon Our House' by Dr Scott Atlas for a summary, though the evidence is pretty easy to find on the web now. The moment Mr Fauci lied and said, despite knowing otherwise, that the virus spread by contact instead of aerosol, I knew the establishment didn't have my best interests in mind. I decided that I didn't want to be a guinea pig for an experimental therapy. There were 31 million excess deaths (beyond the 25 million attributed to covid) in the developed world (1.2 billion people), a recent paper found. Maybe I was onto something, as it also found a correlation with the jab and the deaths. Yes, correlation isn't causation, but it is suggestive. 1. Another thesis I have is that the attack by covid weakened the immune system and allowed the Epstein-Barre virus that 99% of humans have in remission to re emerge. It is like malaria, and hides in the immune system, so can recur. Also known as mononucleosis. Can be devastating.

God is refining us through suffering, but that doesn't mean we have to continue to suffer or be miserable. God wants us to be happy and have joy in this life so I am so grateful for her words about joy because that is so important. In my book, joy comes from God and his son Jesus. All these things she teaches is so true, the trick is to do them. I think having a coach is how you get there along with the consistency. Our purpose in life is to learn and then teach others what we have learned as we serve them.

Yeh only two women could talk for 27 mins about making friends with your symptoms of long COVID, no mention of vaccine status with a spin on this and that but no actual remedies just meditation and talk about fight or flight mechanism and making space for healing chilling to music and talking to a friend and getting your mind set. And believing you can heal yourself which is great if you believe in the placebo effect. How you achieved 20,000 views in one day is incredible for chatting absolute rubbish and just telling each other how good you are. What a load of rubbish. I just found your channel and I love all these wonderful healing stories! I'm dealing with a covid vaccine injury, so hearing that people are healing from this condition is so inspiring. I'm hoping this is taken in the spirit of constructive feedback... but I'm wondering if it is necessary to edit your videos so heavily by removing any gap, space or breath between words. For a brain that has cognitive issues, the skipping and jolting of this editing style is difficult to watch. The videos don't need to be shorter, they would be fine with a few more minutes in duration. The natural pauses between words can actually be restful...

Could you make a video on the idea of “doing the right thing”? It seems like there is so many ways to recovery it’s kinda stressful choosing what is “right”. Anyone have any tips?
@dinah35255 ай бұрын
I am a retired nurse who spent many years supporting people suffering from a somewhat similar chronic condition (ME/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) where people are confronted with the same problem (what is the most important intervention to do?) The answer I eventually evolved is: different people find that different things help them. Apparently, the most important thing is to choose whatever “speaks” to you, whatever sounds to you like what you need. (On some level, you sort of “know.”) And then, important, just do it,/ do as much as you can, take good care of yourself - your body will respond positively.
@zpw495 ай бұрын
