large batch of easy hummus recipe:
3-4 cans beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c tahini
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp onion powder
1.5 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
lemon juice to taste
1.5 c water

A really cool trick for getting the hummus out of the blender is to blend everything without the tahini and add it after puring the blended garbanzo beans into a container. It mixes in very easily and the blended garbanzo beans don't stick to the blender that much + you can use a little bit of water to get everything out completely

I think if you have Andrew on the podcast you should speak about several subjects that all blend together. All things related to happy families. Like... keeping a marriage a priority with 5 kids/ the delegation of house chores between a couple along with going to work/ raising kids in this electronic age/ imparting good character to your children...planning this purposely...do we all help feed the homeless...being kind..being willing to help, thankfulness etc.

My favorite salad dressing is blended:cashews, sweet pickle relish, mustard, pepper, and water. I thought it was so good bc it was fatty. I had no idea all of those other components were important but this ticks all the boxes. No wonder! ❤ Happy 20 years!

My favorite salad is just spring mix lettuce, roasted red pepper slices, cucumber, cashew “Parmesan”, shredded carrot, radishes… and a classic dressing recipe my mama always does - balsamic, olive oil, fresh chopped garlic, & salt… sometimes I add Dijon mustard and it’s 😍. There’s so many ways to spice up a salad - like thinly slicing beets, baking them, and sprinkling that on top. Just getting creative with the toppings 🤷🏼‍♀️. I love salads & im not even much of a health nut.. I eat them with spaghetti and toasted bread slices but still!
