As a custodian for several places from schools to country clubs to grocery stores, the women's restroom is cleaner because we have to clean it more often. At the end of the day the men's room gets cleaned once, so it's filthy by that time, but the women's room gets three times the traffic and gets dirty way faster, the hovering doesn't help.

I literally passed out while urinating when standing in the middle of the night. Passed out, fell, woke my mother up. I was late teens at the earliest(17, 18, 19, or older), btw. Mom came in to check on me. It was awkward, embarrassing, and I decided then and there that I would sit down if I was using the restroom while half asleep, no matter what I needed to do. The She-Wee is also a benefit to female active-duty military personnel, allowing them to not have to pull their pants up after urinating if a firefight breaks out at their location.

Gotta say, I wipe afterword (well, blot would be more accurate), but that's impossible at urinals. No TP, and they're designed to block solids. Never been a fan of shaking, so long as it can be avoided, as I generally feel like no amount of shaking seems to get it good enough to where you don't at least have a LITTLE dribble, especially during the colder times of year. Then again, also in my thirties, so that could be a contributing factor. Also a sitter, because comfort is king. Also, no having to worry about messy aim when tired, which, unfortunately, is most of the time. Plus, if a number one turns out to be soon followed by a number two, you're kinda inherently prepared.

I just got good enough at shaking it all out. Even in white boxers it's cleaner, but maybe I shake it in a particular way. I actually have more trouble when I'm sitting because I can't just shake it so I use TP, but something about sitting peeing makes it harder to judge when I've stopped dripping. Easy comparison to make is seats on a bus/train. If there's a lot of open seats, you sit at an open seat without people next to you. If there's not a lotta space, you take what you can get, even next to someone. If there's a lot of open space and you sit next to someone, then it feels awkward.

Not a janitor anymore, quit a few months back for personal reasons. The womens was always the worst to clean. More tp on the floors, most vial stuff written on the mirrors with oily lipstick/chapstick, and not to mention the "lolipop boxes" (iykyk). The men's had more clogs, usually to be fair. As a guy, I generally avoid urinals because of the lack of toilet paper. Granted some public bathroom stalls are so gross that the urinal is preferable.
