The chocolate truffle recipe it's literally how we make a desert here in Brazil called Brigadeiro (but we usually put butter so it won't burn the pan). We usually eat it in little truffle shapes at birthday parties, and straight from the pan (or in a plate) when we are at home or with friends. Oh and we use chocolate sprinkles to decorate the truffle and it's so delicious.

Those "truffles" are called brigadeiro. Well, they are similar to brigadeiros. They are like the most popular dessert/treat here in Brazil. They are very traditional (mainly in children's parties but if we could we'd probably eat them everyday cause they are cheap, easy and delicious). We usually put butter in it so it gets shiny and doesn't burn/stick to the pan. You can also use use a lot of other types of powders like: coconut powder (beijinho), strawberry powder (bicho-de-pé), Cinnamon (brigadeiro de churros), milk powder, coffee, etc.
