The wisk is what you're missing. The beaters would be fine if they were wire; the wire shape is what magics the air into the mixture to make a good froth.

For the coffee get it to a cream consistency put it in the freezer and the top will get thick and then you can scoop it out and use it because it saves time having to whip it

Girl I really want u to get this whipped coffee lol😂😂 So here's the recipe I tried these days and WORKED.Be careful with the measures,I think that is probably there where things r going wrong. Whipped Coffee recipe: 2 tablespoons of coffee in powder 2 tablespoons of hot water 2 tablespoons of sugar Then mix with this mixer u got for more or less 7 minutes. I have a mixer just like your and I swear it worked and it was amazing!Really worth it If u try again post it plzzzz for we to have some laughs during this quarantine

If you buy foldger’s instant coffee, the frothy coffee is bomb af. It’s called Dalgona coffee (drink from South Korea). Every country probably their own version tho.

I tried the frothy coffee thing yesterday with what said instant coffee on the container and it didn't blend at all. I gave up and just poured the liquid into milk and shook it. It tasted pretty good, like a mocha frappuccino from Starbucks.

The frothy coffee definitely failed because of the non-dairy creamer. The froth comes from the protein in the dairy and the incorporation of air. It's the same reason you can't make actual whipped cream without heavy cream (35%). You also need boiling water (from a kettle), not microwaved water.
