I wouldn't think all various shades of green can go so well with teal and navy, but they surprisingly do. I haven't watched the movie yet so I'm a bit lost in the context, but the minidolls are exquisite. I adore the architecture, too - all the round shapes and details on decorations. Also, the cape, oh god. I love capes. 💚 ~Wavey ;)

Eeeeeee!! 👏🏼 it’s so pretty! Madame Morrible must be displeased by the amount of weather she’s given us this week (gosh but wasn’t she *perfect* in the movie?). Yeah you know how at EVERY LEGO expo there’s the inevitable massive Hogwarts? We need one of those builders to build a massive Emerald City. Or Shiz. Or all of it, all of Oz. I wonder what sets we’ll get for Act 2? We’ll HAVE to get flying monkeys in that one.

I still can't believe that the Glinda in "Wicked" is a blonde, while the Glinda in both the original novel of "The Wizard of Oz" by L. Frank Baum and the MGM production was a redhead. If Fiyero is a Winkie, why wasn't he all dressed in yellow? In the original novel of "The Wizard of Oz" by L. Frank Baum, the Winkies were all dressed in yellow, because yellow was the color of the Winkies while blue was the color of the Munchkins and red was the color of the Quad lings, the people who live in the land of the south where Glinda ruled. Yes, the Wizard of Oz was just a common man pretending to be a wizard and he came to the land of Oz in a hot-air balloon. The wizard wasn't just a great big face in the original novel of "The Wizard of Oz" by L. Frank Baum; he was a great big head when Dorothy entered his presents, a lovely lady with wings on her shoulders and a crown of jewels on her head when the scarecrow entered his presents, a terrible beast that was nearly as big as an elephant with the head of a rhino except with five eyes as well as five arms, five legs and course hair all over it's body when the tin man entered his presents and a ball of fire when the lion entered his presents. If your new LEGO set was for the Emerald City, why were there other colors in it. I thought everything in the Emerald City was green, which was why it was called the Emerald City. Speaking of the winged monkeys, I would design them to look like different kinds of monkeys but with wings.

SUch a good looking set, but back for this price looks like a joke... I am really starting to hate modern lego buildings - they use all budget on details and lack propper playspace. Friends often somehow still have room thankfully.
