I had the same . I am 20 and had between my eyebrows, forehead and around my mouth some little pimples.. so at the end I found out that it’s bacterial and yeast fungus. I use now very little skin care products (less is more) and only a specific kind of cream against that . Hope that helped a little . But literally you are so beautiful don’t be so much worried about it (but I know how it can sucks and make you feel insecure 🙈) Have a nice day 💗

I get white heads on my chin and in between my eyebrows when I touch my face too much throughout the day. Maybe wash your makeup brushes/ pillows more to help. Also Paula’s choice liquid exfoliate always helps me get rid of them !

Yeast acne occurs where you said bc it gets into hair follicles and causes the acne. Those places on your face have more hair follicles. You can use a n anti fungal shampoo for your hair and face and/or an anti fungal ointment on those spots. Ketoconazole is best for it! I get that acne in the summer especially if I swear and wear hats. I used to work at a derm office and that’s what they recommend for it

Hey girl, I've struggles with those bumps and whiteheads. I ended up seeing an allergist who tested me for different allergies. I turned out to be allergic to "fragrance mix." It's in every scented product out there. Mainly anything that ends in Cinnamal or citronellal and linoleen and linalool. Once I weeded that stuff out and used strictly fragrance free products on my hair and face; it finally faded away and I haven't had them since.

i had the exact same acne, i used to break out but nothing compared to getting white heads all over from switching face washes, I followed the trend and used cerave and once I switched to la Roche possay my skin went back to normal

For the acne!! i experienced the same thing on my chin and cheeks and it was mostly due to vitamin deficiencies, specifically an iron deficiency. I literally tried everything, blamed it on so many things, then started taking my specific vitamins and its helped SOO much. Unsure if this will help but def something to look into !!

Go to a dermatologist. For me, I started out on Differin Gel, which they did make available in stores years ago. It’s a vitamin A derived medication, much like RetinA but not nearly as strong. Using Differin first made the “purge” phase of RetinA just a week or so. Vitamin A makes skin cells turn over faster, which is one reason you probably know of its anti-aging properties already. My acne is gone and my skin looks noticeably brighter and smoother. Nose blackheads are gone, too.

For your skin use some sweet almond oil. It has anti microbial properties and I swear it has kept my skin clear. It so cheap too. I get it at Walmart lol.

I am 100% sure Switching to fungal acne safe products and taking flucanozole 150 for a week will do wonders. And dermats usually prescribe anti biotics for acne but the trick is anti biotics trigger more fungal infection and make your skin worse.

Referring to the white heads. You most likely are having an interaction from your makeup or skin care. Then putting makeup on top and clogging the pore creating a white head. Try the Murad acne cleanser or hero exfoliating cleanser

Your acne might be hormonal. Talk to a dermatologist and they can help out. My chin acne is hormonal and my derm has me taking spironolactone which helps.

White heads are caused by a build up of oil! So you'll want to give ur skin a break from makeup and cleanse her good!! Acne on the other hand for women atleast - is typically hormonal. I clearned my adult acne by naturally balancing my hormones again - going to a naturpath is so helpful!
