Disclaimer, im playing devils advocate here and i dont own either a real or not real yeezy slide. The reason they are 10-15 quid is because the price of 'real' yeezy sliders are ridiculously inflated for what they are, as is with most 'limited' shoes. I wouldn't say any of the sliders you showed were fake either as they aren't branded with adidas, they are just using the same concept. Its like calling every pair of straight leg jeans that aren't Levi 501s, fake Levis. Na they are just jeans. Imitation would be a better term to use as fake implies that they are counterfeit goods and anyone buying from those sources is somewhat partaking in criminal activity. Just my 2 cents

There’s plenty of accounts of companies suing for trademark infringement upon sneakers, Nike John Geiger, Yeezy vs Walmart for the foam runners just to name the recent ones, in both cases neither had the branding of Nike or Adidas on their products.

@@elliotpage_ I understand that there is loads of suing going on for trademark infringement at the moment, a number of them are against customizers. Im not 100% up on trademark law but I'm not sure you can trademark a silhouette, which is why in my comment I said imitation would be a better term to use rather than calling them fake. Other wise why companies can sue for the shape of anything at all, t-shirts, jeans, socks, footballs etc etc. Again, im not supporting the trade of imitation or replicas, just putting out a different view point

Jeans are incomparable to yeezy slides and I don't know why you would think to compare something so common to a shoe that is very unique and distinguishable. When you see a yeezy slide you instantly know its yeezy because its unlike other shoes in the market and has a distinct design. For straight jeans you'd have to catch the logo to really tell if they're levi's or not unless you're some special levi detective so it's much easier to call out other slides for copying yeezys than it is for levis

you know, there are really badly made replica slides, but what does that tell you about the market? the shoe game isn't what it used to be. I can't afford the HEFTY resale price tag on any hype shoe. Realistically, if I've bought a pair of retail yeezys and compared them to the "UA" yeezy and to be quite honest, its a hit or miss on the shoes. it really depends on the UA seller and their QC (quality control) process, but resellers are killing the market, that's why we have the UA market bc of over pricing and price gouging from the resellers. If I win in a raffle and am able to purchase at a "retail" price, then great for me, but if not and I really want the shoe, then I'll go to my UA plug and get what I couldn't get for retail price. UA's are 9/10 spot on from my UA plug that is and I get them for cheaper. So yeah, reseller r killing the shoe game.

If Kanye/Adidas have a problem with companies ripping them off, they should just produce more to meet demand. Right now, the only people these knock off producers are ripping off are the resellers. Most people buying knock off Yeezy Slides would rather be wearing the real thing but can't find them at retail and aren't willing to pay resale prices.
