As always, your vlog is so enjoyable ❣️ Thanks to you and of course to the amazing Molly and Rory, I have realized that I’m willing to have a cat in my life ( I’m a dog person), so our family has actually adopted a kitten 2 weeks ago. I’m looking forward to seeing Baue’s adjustment to the family while our furrybsbe is adjusting too. I was wondering, is Beau completely out of the nursery? Is he roaming free in the house at all times now? We also have a dog so at the moment we’re a bit worried to let our kitty roam free at nights.

Another lovely vlog! It's always part of my Monday evening wind-down. For your occasional bouts of insomnia, I would suggest deep-breathing. Deep inhale from the belly for 4 counts, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat 4-6 times, break, and repeat for another 2 or 3 cycles. I find that helps me to calm my racing mind. Stay well!

We have three cats too. A huge Tonkinese tomcat who's not considered overweight by the vet at 16lbs, a tortie queen and a petite black princess. Guess who's at the bottom of the pecking order! Another great video Elliot and Matt. Your hair is being bleached by the sun I think Elliot? It suits you. If you rub in fresh lemon juice before you go outside it should aid the process. Shame Matt had to lose his lovely blonde locks - I guess that look would be hard to excuse by sun alone though!
