Don’t sweat the naysayers Rob. You’re doing great work. You have to call the waves as they’re setting up, bullish or bearish. You take what the market gives you, not the other way around. Also, selling probably isn’t over. Another wave likely Monday and Tuesday and a Santa rally after Christmas from lower levels.

Hey Rob, well done! Have enjoyed the presentations immensely. Am wondering, though if the Grand Super Cycle is at an end and if there's a possibility of a serious selloff the likes we haven't seen since 1929. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the comments, much appreciated! Regarding the end of a Grand Super Cycle, you are obviously aware that one of Elliott's guidelines was to always "follow the higher degree." In other words, regardless of the time frame one is looking at, always consider what the longer time frames are showing. To analyze a Grand Super Cycle, we would need to look at weekly and especially monthly charts. When examining those charts of the SPY, they tend to agree that the market has been in a Wave 3 to the upside and I might add at higher than a 45 degree angle that I prefer. Therefore, I do believe in the longer term cycles we are due for a significant correction, but the end of a Grand Super Cycle? I just don't think we're there yet. Perhaps when the Fed finishes this easing cycle, we can start to worry about something major occurring to the downside. I would imagine by your question that you are already aware that the big boys will be taking gains in the longer term patterns well before the retail public, so the creation of a Wave 4 in the weekly and monthly charts would raise my interest. I do still place a lot of weight in the bond market forecasting a recession.......my experience has taught me not to ignore the bond market. Your question would depend on the duration of the Treasuries......on TLT, being a 20 year, I'd have a hard time committing to something that long in duration. Thanks for the post!

Once you join and are signed in, there are icons on the top right, that enable you to access common features. I mostly go to charts, enter a symbol, and then on the left of the chart I select my time frame, and EW to see the count. Hope that helps you...
