Jason buy a sauna for your backyard. I have one and do 30 minutes every day. It is amazing for your health and all you have to do is sit there and sweat. Look up the benefits. Also I smoked (a lot) for 10 years and quit 4 years ago. I promise it’s possible. Smoking was a central part of my everyday life and I thought I could never quit but it’s easier than you think. It’s one of my proudest achievements because of how truly impossible it felt prior to doing it. I used a medication to quit, can’t remember the name but it made the cigarettes taste disgusting. Talk to your doctor to see what options they recommend. Try hypnosis etc
