2069 is the best floor plan. Born and raised local and these home prices will make you 🤢. Then upgrade debt for floors 😬. Clark County better hope these officials don't tamper with property rates like Texas. Thanks for the walkthrough.

Hi Jack. The lack of a “traditional” backyard is a non-starter for me, and I would not want somebody’s sideyard literally against my house. Does this mean the end of single stories in the KB Landings collection? There’s no way the 1203 would fit on that land. I appreciate your videos!

No oven in the 1 bedroom condo.... is that not a turnoff to renters?

You failed to show the laundry room in smaller model. Both ok as starter homes if buyer doesn't go overboard on unnecessary upgrades
