A few questions... Any time limit restrictions? For example, since it's not as strong as the medical office, could I use for 30 minutes a day everyday? Or any other time/day usage? How safe is it for thyroid disorders? I have read it's fine but want as much info on this as possible. 😬 Terrified for more issues with my thyroid! You mentioned medications. Does this include D3 or any other supplements possibly? I am very D3 deficient and currently taking prescription D3 15,000 iu once a week and 5000 iu 6 days a week. I don't believe it causes photosynthesis but idk. 😂 Thank you so much for this information!
