Because I feel the need to say something, let me say this: I played Warframe for something like 4-5 years. I have close to 6000 hours in that game. I've spent quite a bit of money in it as well. After having done pretty much everything there was throughout those years, I - frankly - burned out so I have been looking for an alternative for quite some time. I love TFD. I think it has huge potential. This dev stream deserves nothing but praise. And more competition in this genre is a good thing - especially when it comes with developers who are willing to take a risk for the benefit of their players. And make no mistake: giving out free stuff like they do, in their position (a few months in after initial launch with someone like Nexon undoubtedly breathing down their necks), refunding their players, making grinding significantly easier which might lead to players burning through content faster than they can provide ... These devs clearly care and want to continue making this game. All they are asking for is a chance to do so. Warframe will still be around even with TFD succeeding. So, to all those children in the chat: calm the f down.

Sterile locations, like those found in Halo 4 and 5, as well as what we're seeing in TFD, goes a lot to story telling. What does a cold sterile location tell you about the people who made it? For example, maybe the ancients were an advanced people with an obsession with technology and a lack of interest in aesthetically pleasing designs. It speaks to their values (lack thereof) and why their obsessions with the Iron Hearts led to their destruction. ShillUp's criticism of locations being "boring" goes to his unwillingness to dive into the story, or at the very least, understanding the setting of the game. In your previous video, you asked about whether or not lore was the reason why locations were devoid of life. The answer is yes as life was driven from these locations by the Vulgus. ShillUp didn't have the same criticism for Destiny, despite the reasons in lore being the same, life outside the last human stronghold was near impossible.

for me i always farm amorphous material first and open it the next day after invasion reset 6% drop = 25-30 pcs AP 10% drop = 15-20 pcs AP yeah i always got the items i want..

Yeah for now I like that the stabilizers won't be so easy to acquire at first for them to see how it affects drop rates, it's nice they are increasing our chances of loot but I really don't want them to go down the line of them just handing everyone loot for no effort that will ruin the game

The game has a lot of potential that sadly doesn't use for some f*kin reason, or it will ONLY use it when it's too late and players already have left. A lot of us have said many times before that maps look empty with no unique buildings or engaging "mini special events that may reward you a random amorphus for example. Here we see a brand new dungeon that looks decent but definitely not something you'd call: WOW SO COOL! The new battepass gun seems to be P2W unlike the Excava which was a joke. Rant below about x-mas log-in event: I, myself and so many others who supported the game day 1 with the obvious ultimate bundle to earn the game millions for 3 years worth of server running, having the audacity to announce A FREE Ultimate Bunny character within a mere 14 day log-in is a HUGE KICK IN THE B@LLS for their loyal players. (And i know the free Sharen maid/caded skin exists as a 2nd choice but doesn't justify it AT ALL, there are players who grinded days for her.) On that note... I will give it a last chance, see how endgame void erosion plays out with weapon core and then decide if i'd spend any more money on tfd or uninstall. Great video Elly.

Heya Elly I’m both Warframe and TFD player and enjoyer and I love both games, each for its pros and ignore their cons lol, and i want them both to grow and see that both their dev teams are trying to make their games better, and hope they start competing to make their games better as we end up being winners as gamers, I do support both games with what i can, don’t take a image that all Warframe players are like that guy in your chat, they actually are way nicer and don’t bother with TFD coping Warframe but actually like having another game that have what they like with a new twist, the ones spreading the hate are just using that to spread their hate for every thing and anything, I even hope that TFD start having lore like Warframe even tho it’s really hard as it is the best I ever experienced and that is coming of an old gamer lol, hope all gamers have a wonderful holidays and great coming gaming year

Elly, I'm a "real one." 😉 As for TFD's future, I have to say I'm hopeful. There seems to be a real attempt to change direction on the store front, they have learned from the setbacks of Season 1 and will provide more content for players, and I'm looking forward to the new content. Warframe players can't seem to handle the fact that there is a new game out that people want to play. If their bot-infested game is doing so well, why the panic? That's just my thoughts on this. Keep up the content, I'm enjoying it.

0:54:00 As a warframe player that has played since open beta 11 years ago and has more hours than I should x10, I can confirm that not only that is the loud minority but also the saltiest and most ignorant players. players refuse to learn and just copies blindly what they see online then complaines when things don't go their way. In all my years playing Warframe, 90% of people there were great, 9% just want to be carried, and 1% are the loud @$$holes

There’s nothing inherently wrong with the system. You aren’t forced to support anyone, but the option is there if you choose to do so. I’m more than willing to support any creator for a game that I happen to enjoy. Simply just a little something extra for the people you appreciate.
