Epic ambience! A good chunk of our sirens over here didn't go off as well so must've been associated with the severe weather threat that day

It was election day too so a lot of city government facilities were closed. Sometimes siren controls are located in these facilities so they didn't even bother setting them off. Could have also been the weather too. Though that would be pretty unintelligent on the part of the city since it would be a good idea to make sure your sirens are working before they may need to be used

That's a plane passing overhead. It was not raining or storming at the time of filming
