Must've been a long show. Saw Jeff and the band in June 2019 and came away thinking, " He didn't play Telephone Line, Confusion, Strange Magic, Last Train to London, 10538 Overture, Twilight, Xanadu, All Over the World, I'm Alive, etc. etc.... I hope you get the picture. The concert would've been about 15 hours longI

Jeff is absolutely brilliant because these are all his creations BUT Kelly and Bev were often supporting with magnificent vocals and harmonies which added so much depth to the songs. They were also skilled musicians. Sure Jeff is 100% the guy but to not recognize the string section and the contributions of Bev and Kelly at the HOF tells me that money and lawyers played a part. Probably sadly very acrimonious. Current version of Jeff is quite tired, and has tremendous session musicians BUT just listening to this tells me a cover band with some chops can pull some really difficult songs off which is no small feat as these songs are fairly complex which is how they were mixed in the studio. Wicked Concerto for a Rainy Day and Twilight. Sure Jeff is cashing massive pay checks for his Surrey mansions and he gets the sole writing credits. He hasn't played a lot of his greatest songs in over 30 years such as these.....which when you listen to these guys play you have to tip your cap.
