Jeff Lynne's ELO is one of the very, very few bands sounding better live than on their records. They are this good. In the Summer of 2019, Forbes Magazine called Jeff Lynne's ELO "The Best Live Classic Rock Band In The World Still Touring". After seeing their shows in 2016, 2018 and 2019, I totally agree. This is amazing Jeff Lynne, Paul, Ringo and George Harrison became great friends and produced fantastic music together with also other Music Legends. Jeff Lynne's ELO will probably Tour with Dhany Harrison in 2022.

When I first clicked on this video on my computer, just for a brief second this guy from ELO looked a lot like Tony Iommi (Black Sabbaths lead guitarist). And the funny thing is his voice even sounds similar to Iommi's voice too. Also one of ELO's drummers (Bev Bevan) was the drummer for Black Sabbath on their 1983 "Born Again" tour

I got into rock music when I was 13. I had studied every conceivable piece of rock music history that appeared to me since then, and now I’m 30. And today is the day I’ve finally uncovered that Jeff Lynne is not American. And as deep into rock history as I’ve been for almost 20 years, I’m absolutely blown away to officially realize this. I coulda sworn I once read it was "Bruce" as a nod to the Monty Python sketch, as Jeff was always a big Monty Python fan. Guess it was just another false story. You learn something new everyday. When that album came out, I was 11, so my friends and I thought it was "Gross!" seeing as that was the hip word to use back then.
