I love typing and whispering and answering questions. However, these questions made me discuss how shitty my life is. That was a dirty trick.

Hmm. Well, I've already got an idea for a new one that won't be health-related. I was trying to do something similar to the Mood Questionnaire video I had made a while back, since people seemed to really like that one but didn't like that I made up the answers for them. Ah well - can't please everyone, I guess! I hope that the next one is better :]

21:43 I'm just a boring old cisgender person, but elo, if you have any gender non-binary viewers, they might get a kick out of it if you add a non-binary option for gender if you do another video with gender options. Take this with a grain of salt, but my understanding is that non-binary folks identify as somewhere between or outside of the traditional male-female binary. It's already quite progressive that your next question asks about whether the person's gender matches the one they were assigned at birth. But to be even more inclusive, you might consider adding non-binary also. I'm trying to think of people who identify as non-binary, but the only people coming to mind are Riley Dennis and Milo Stewart. Oh, and I think Ash Hardell and Ash's wife Grayson also fall within the non-binary spectrum. In case you are curious, here's a link to a video by Riley: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qKa2hWN9hc5pbtU "What is a nonbinary gender? | Riley J. Dennis" I just thought I would toss that out there. I love this video and the pleasant typing sounds combined with your soothing whispers are the perfect combination. Kind of like peanut-butter and jelly, except I can't eat your video :-) Thank you for another experience of relaxation.
@violet_elo4 жыл бұрын
I can appreciate that! I have definitely incorporated all sorts of all-inclusive things like that in other videos. I suppose I was thinking "Prefer not to say" would be a way for anyone who didn't want to box "male" or "female" to get their vote. I suppose I can see how someone might find that less appealing than having an actual "non-binary" option, but isn't that the whole basis? Preferring not to be single-selection male or female? I guess I meant well, but maybe it didn't come across, so I appreciate the feedback! I'll have to watch the video you linked so I have a better understanding, and I can do a better job next time to make everyone feel accepted. Thank you, and I hope you're doing well 😊

I have the interest, but not the skill! 😂 If you don't know her though, Rosy ASMR actually is a programmer and has a beginner coding tutorial video :D
@jarnalyrkar4 жыл бұрын
@@violet_elo Thank you for the tip! Yes, I know of her and have seen her coding video. I have scoured youtube thoroughly for asmr programming videos - there's not too many around, unfortunately. I suppose the cross section of those who like asmr and those that like coding isn't too big. Makes sense since the majority of asmrtists are female, and the majority of developers are male, for whatever reason. Anyway, coding or not - I love your videos!

What games you play?
@violet_elo4 жыл бұрын
Wellll... I grew up playing all kinds of stuff from Reader Rabbit and Jump Start to Oregon Trail and Putt Putt. I got into World of Warcraft when I was 14-15 and played for 12 solid years. I played some Skyrim, Diablo expansions, Dead Island, Loadout, Stardew, Overwatch, BF3, and other titles, but WoW was something I was sinking hours into every day, so it pretty much dominated my time and had all my attention. I just recently beat South Park "Stick of Truth," and I'm just doing some side quests in it now (I never had the money for it when it came out). I'll probably nab the sequel when I finish. I haven't really been playing anything regularly lately, though! Hbu?

@@violet_elo I grew up playing fps games and only started dabbling in games like wow early high school. Recently though, I've been exploring rts games like star craft and company of heroes.
