Just finished season 2 of Bridgerton and they became my favourite couple. Kate and Anthony were adorable, but I have a special place in my heart for Eloise and I loved seeing her with Theo.

The fact these two weren't even a thing in the books. did you know in the book Eloise is supposed to be a 33 lady that all she wants is to find an husband?? it's insane...I can't even read the book after seeing how they developed her in the series...and almost all the people who read it said it was the worst of the series...maybe I'll read it just for curiosity and cause I don't wanna judge a book from its cover, it s just not typical of me but, stil...at least in the series these 2 deserve to be endgame...it's so beautiful to see Eloise finally falling in love...

@@kenna163 it's not about being stepmom but the fact she deserves better then Lord crane. She is a rebellious soul and can actually fight for the rights of women and she can actually bring good change. To diminish such a character just to be a timid housewife wouldn't do justice to her character morever even not to her. It's like asking a tomboy to act feminine or wise versa. It would be killing her soul. It doesn't mean being a housewife isn't something good. Daphne wanted to have a family and she got it and she deserved that, she deserved having a family with simone and we wouldn't want it differently but eloise herself want that we aren't forcing her to not be a housewife, it's how she is, it's her nature, her aspiration, her dreams.

@@phoenix4918 As a noble woman she could do more for women than being a wife to Theo. If she was married to Theo, she would also be a housewife because women couldn't work. At least with Philip she can affect change easier and faster. I think it's really sad that you think domesticity and children are not compatible with feminism.

Amazing edit! The clips were perfectly aligned with the lyrics and I especially loved the ending, even though it broke my heart. Poor Eloise, and poor Theo, honestly. 😭 I'm hoping that Netflix diverges from the books because at this point I'm having trouble imagining Eloise with anyone other than radical, feminist, Theo.
