Elon Musk's Starlink satellite system appears to be making China and Russia uncomfortable. He stated that these countries are attempting to destroy the Starlink satellite Internet system. Elon Musk, on the other hand, is ready for it. Why is Starlink a threat to these countries? Let’s look into this dispute.
Chinese scientists have called for a plan to destroy Elon Musk's Starlink satellites.
And same applies to Russia. Russia has threatened to "retaliate" against SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet system for assisting the Ukrainian military.
According to local Russian media reports, destroying the Starlink satellite network will necessitate a massive number of missiles with a target engagement range of at least 500 kilometers.
Elon Musk, the company's founder, stated in May that Russia is increasing its cyberattacks on SpaceX's Starlink internet communications systems in Ukraine.
SpaceX has sent at least 5,000 Starlink terminals to the country, which has been besieged by Russian forces since February.
However, Musk claims that it has been a difficult environment. "Starlink has so far resisted Russian cyberwar jamming and hacking attempts, but they're ramping up their efforts," he wrote on Twitter (May 10).

You can't take out starlink without triggering the Kessler Syndrome. This is the cascading effect of space junk causing more collisions, creating more space junk and more collisions. This would disable just about all satellites in orbit and make it impossible to have anything in orbit for decades. If you disable or destroy even a fraction of the starlink network, it will create a huge amount of debris and kick off the cascade of collisions that won't just take out satellites at starlink's altitude, but would spread to those at lower and higher orbits. To do this on purpose would make space unusable by everyone. No satellites, no GPS, no satellite weather forecasts, no space stations, no sending anything into deep space until the orbits of that junk decay and they burn up in the atmosphere.

Hmmmm I read that starlink is much lower than than other satellites 🛰 so it's cheaper to send because they are so low. their orbit deteriorates within 3 years so they need to keep. sending up more all the time and they don't have the capital to pay for all those launches its a ponzi scheme in space its to bad I had hopes , 🥹 I fell for Elon BS

The space debris generated by attacking Starlink satellites would take out many, if not all, Russian, Chinese, Indian, French, British, German, and many other countries' low earth orbit satellites, as well. Talk about pooping in your own mess kit! Not a good plan to pepper low earth orbit with more space debris.
