I've seen the proof of a few persons convicted of selling body parts, but there is no proof of that being from kids (whose body parts must be too small for the average adult male, the usual recipient) or that the 'donor' was murdered for that body part. I know that people in India were selling kidneys, but that was always adults and usually males (there was a documentary about it on YT).
