If you listen carefully, when he tries to reach for his quiver, the Arrow soundtrack starts to play and then switches back to the Flash music 😂

@@anthonyscheibmeir2444 even Grant seemed pissed off by how fast others used his powers. When Iris got them, Joe is all "Even you havent done that yet Barr" And everyone is all grinning, Grant looks dead the camera like "really?" Same as when Oliver phases the cuffs off, and says "oh hey look at that, you did it first time." and rolls his eyes. In this occassion, Barry had to train to throw it. Oliver is just "oh hey i saw him do this once against a hawk guy, pffft easy" and does it.

For people asking how Oliver knew how to use the ring when he had never seen Barry using it (at least not onscreen), remember he saw Eobard using his own during the RF VS Flash, Firestorm and Arrow fight.
