So if you're wondering why Barry doesn't phase through every attack like the AMAZO does: Phasing takes up a lot of energy and Barry already has to eat a lot of Carbs just to maintain what he does. Everyone always gives him crap for not using Super Speed for everything but he's efficient about how he uses his power because he knows there's always a chance the big bad will have another form or something new will come up and if he exhaughts all his power on a single fight he renders himself useless. We see the extent of this in the episode with the Nuclear Bomb and him him using Flashime to figure out a solution but the longer he stays in Flashtime the more his health declines and deteriorates The AMAZO doesn't have a human body and doesn't have to worry about this limitation

the real reason why Barry doesn't do it is because it's the CW making the show. he uses an unnecessary amount of energy for every villain each episode for no reason at all. he wouldn't even have to phase to dodge attacks, cuz the villain would already be defeated at that point. the eating thing is also something they introduced & then instantly forgot about season 1. people gives the character (or more the writers) crap because he DOESN'T use his powers efficiently. he can take out every single small villain in less than 10 seconds if he wants to be efficient & then he'd still have all his energy for the big villains. but then every episode that doesn't have a big villain would take 10 minutes & the writers would've to be talented. you do make a good point that AMAZO doesn't have the limitation, but that's not why the Flash doesn't do it in the CW show. it's just a really poor excuse that they probably came up with. I mean, he goes back in time multiple times for literally no reason & spends hours or even days running around to catch a villain that he chose to let walk away.

Barry and Kara having kids would be an overpowered combination,speedforce plus kryptonian genes would be insane. Think about it,if the kid gets hit with kryptonite then speed healing would be able to counter the effects and of course he will still have speed to escape,if they get hit with powers dampening tech,then they will still have kryptonian powers. The speed force enhances everything so if kryptonians already have superspeed the speed force would make them even faster.

They didn't do Batman because they can't. Warner Brothers/DC don't have the TV rights for Batman himself. Fox at this point owned them. Which means that right now WB's biggest competitor owns the rights to TV Batman. Which of course is Disney. They could have used Bruce Wayne as a person though, just not suited up. The closest thing a show has done to Batman is in Titans S1, where he does show up in costume, but highly obscured.

Such a shame we never got to see Theora.. erm.. Dr McGee appear alongside THE Flash, and heckj, Julio as well Oliver wanted Barry to be a more focussed and thinking person in being the Flash.. well.. Barry got the chance to see how THE Flash actually presented himself. Sorry... but The Flash is the number one for live action representation of The Flash. However, also loved Ed Bishops depiction of Jay garrik (was his hyped up news presentation actually keeping his speed in check? Who knows?)

Supeman in the arrowverse was very nerfed and was basically made into a jobber . Supegirl was pushed so much that they didn’t know how to make her stand out from her more popular cousin than to knock him down. Then in 2021 superman and Lois comes which is an absolutely fantastic show that sets itself apart from the rest .
