Exactly the same for us. It’s stopped working after only one month. I have rheumatoid arthritis and bought it to help my work load too. I have done my research before hand and there doesn’t seem to be any major issues. Now I am stressed and angry. I have contacted them already 6 times. I have been wanting to return it but no such luck since it is almost impossible to get a response. I will post on the business bureau website and you should too.

Mine worked fine for two weeks and now it’s malfunctioning. Customer service is wanting to send me parts, but I can’t repair it. A very expensive experience for two weeks of hassle-free litter box. Now in day 6 of a box that doesn’t clean.

I've had mine for a month and a half and now it doesn't clean, it doesn't detect that the cat used it and to clean it I have to do a reset, I've already sent the videos and I'm waiting, fingers crossed

They won't do anything but send you replacement sensors, and they will charge you $150.00

Hi I'm having the exact same issue...I checked the sensors. But it's not making sense where they're blocked? I dont see nothing blocked

Mine does the same damn thing, I reset it, emptied the litter from the box and filled it back, cleaned it, you name it, and it’s not friggin working….
