Thx u so much for the explanation it was very clear, i didnt know about of the second phase, killing the flower at the bottom right, and also of the position to take in 3rd phase depending where the boss spawns.

I'm glad it was helpful! For the second phase and the flower, just for clarification it doesn't matter which flower it is, it's just that most of the community goes for that one to make things easier (I'll probably add that in the description)

I love how ooperative your teammates are in this raid! Most raid players nowadays are so toxic and uncooperative,, thats why it's kinda hard to properly beat the boss unless ure with a friend :')

What gear do I need to do raids?

How easy is it to see if youre marked or not in phase 2?

should be fairly easy. at 0:59 in this video I am marked by the main flower/big fat laser and at 1:07 right after I am marked by a side flower/smaller lasers. it's the blue-ish circle with 8/4 marks around it (8 for big laser, 4 for smaller lasers)

ive heard in 2nd phase when he spawns the red flowers u take HH off and u do more dmg to em do u know if thats true?

Yes, I believe so. The red flowers he spawns are not considered boss monsters so HH would not affect them.
