This tutorial is very helpful, I want to thank you for this. It seems they tried to make MM a more strategic class, but I can see why people see he's limited as he can't outright spam skills. I think I'll still play him along with LP when Add comes to NA. Also, I have to agree with you on how the game is, they really should add tutorials for each character and maybe allow them to try out skills of that character or it's classes to see if a player would like it. I still consider this game fun, but many players worry for it's future.

thanks for the tutorial! i chose MM as my first character, and I seem to have a huge struggle playing him. the video tutorials I watch didn't specify the uses of their skills sequence, so it's hard for me to figure it out myself. even as I'm lv 93 rn, the difference between damages I deal and my friend's DL is really huge. his zx combos deal over 100k, while mine sometimes does

You could be a good GM lol. NA keep thinking about Cash, like Register is only thing free in Elsword. They should balance the classes instead of making new updates. Also nice game play/Tutorial.

Great tutorial, helped me understand MM a lot more than just observations on KZbin. I might just keep my LP though. I'll give it a few more weeks before I decide to cash for a complete job change. I'm mostly on the fence about MM, only because he looks incredibly fun to use and flashy, but...the setup required looks like it could hinder him in a party of four. I don't play him, so I could be wrong, but of the times I've partied with a MM, I just don't see them excelling well unlike it's LP brother. As for your comments about Elsword. I have to agree with you here. In-game tutorials to really elaborate on a character's specific system is needed. Honestly, a lot of things in Elsword need to be revamped for the better. Better tutorial stages, better animations for the older characters, combo overhaul, etc. It's getting very old having new characters and classes be thrown at us, while continuous problems persist within the game of Elsword. As much as I really enjoy Elsword, it's just hard to stomach some of the things KoG has thrown at us. Elsword's a really great game, and if KoG doesn't do something, I honestly see games like CloserS absolutely overshadowing Elsword, and that's something I'm really not wanting to see. I hope KoG does something soon, because I fear for Elsword's future. Perhaps I'm being overly paranoid about this. Your thoughts?

I think this game's been available for years... but what we have so far is very disappointing at times. And I believe it's not only you and me who worry about its future. A lot of people do. In fact, most of those who worry about this game find it somewhat amazing how this game continues to survive among other 'good' games that are failing and closing their servers. I heard from few people who are related to KoG that their working conditions are pretty bad, though. And since they are "working with" Nexon, they can't do whatever they want. It looks like they also see through some problems but they just can't do something about those. But still! Even if that is the case, I feel like whoever is involved in making future plans for this game should know what's more urgent rather than coming up with events and costumes that will temporarily attract users.

Awesome tutorial. This class reminds me of Dungeon Fighter's female Mechanic, but as you say, the conditions are rather excessive. I really like MM's style, so I hope they rebalance him soon. I have several questions. 1) If used on a single target, how many hits does Phantom Seeker do? At level 12, my guess is 6850% physical because both blades seem to hit once with their intial damage, then attack five times. If I'm right, this feels more efficient for bosses unless many allies and foes are in range to boost Psionic Generator greatly. 2) If Fission Shot is used while Drone Activator is active, will the small shots Fission splits into seek the target or just the main shot? 3) How much weaker is Panzer Buster if used as far away as possible? 4) Elwiki said New Update! increased passive MP recovery (good with Limitless Library?) instead of MP gained when attacking. Did we get that wrong? As you say, it seems almost impossible to stack easily since it only lasts 10 seconds.

1) I just checked this but I'm not completely sure on that. I mean, on a single target, it did more damage than Psionic Generator. With only one target, Psionic Generator did about 1 million damage (critical hit) while Phantom Seeker did 1.3 million damage. (Some critical hits and some non-critical hits) However, things may become different if there are more targets. And I guess you can't really claim that one is absolutely better for bosses because... bosses are different (especially in Henir's Spacetime) and bosses aren't everything in this game. 2) I also checked this and the small shots that split also homed on the target that was locked on. 3) It decreases down to 25% of its original damage. It first descreases down to 50% and if you go farther, it decreases down to 25%. 4) I checked Elwiki but I think they got it wrong. The wording in the New Update!'s skill description (in Korean) suggests that it's NOT idle MP regeneration. (That is, the descriptions of Limitless Library and New Update! are different.) Also, I did a simple experiment with this passive skill. The first Z attack while standing grants 6 MP with the Magical Necklace equipped. I stacked the buff five times, did the same thing and gained about 8 MP, which makes sense because 30% (Magical Necklace) + 30%(Buff stacked 5 times) = 60% and 60% of 5 MP(Amount that Z attack originally regains) is 3. So, 5+3 = 8. (The statement about generating 9~10 MP in the video results from including the effect of Pylons that slightly boosts your MP regain rate. It was probably 8~9 MP but it was hard to tell just by looking at the MP gauge.)

I have a few questions actually but can only remember one. If I decide to change drones while another drone is actively using a skill, will the skill stop immediately? Like say I'm using Starfall and activate the skill. Lasers are raining from the sky. While the lasers are falling I switch to Shooting Chaser before the Starfall's active time is done. Will that stop Starfall on the spot or will Starfall continue shooting until it's active time is done?

Does activating the mode of a skill activate a cooldown? Like, if I wanna turn on my Starfall mode, do I have to wait for a cooldown to be able to use the actual skill?

I think so since switching modes does cause a global cool down with your other dynamo modes

I want to ask about active skill... Im not sure on which active skill to take.. fission shot seems nice when it duplicates, rushing drone too.. as for bomb it seems to take much time :s which Active skill(that can use mutation points) is best in your opinion?

From my personal experiences, Fission shot is best before it duplicates, I've hit for 21k dmg, -before crit. Delayed bomb is best used when in DP as no one can shake it off I use Magnetron for the extra combo damage and Pylons have been a great help for me as well, though many will tell you to avoid that skill lol

Pylon is fun to use lol. The extra buffs from it is really fun. Tho it feels like wasting skill slot for smaller damage haha Eh? But Fission shot deals higher damage after duplicates tho O.o

Well, pylons does have small%dmg on its own but thats why you combo within its range or, if you have extra SP to waste, try to combine it with Prism to have a shocking trap. I myself am still playing around with Fission, I just toss it out at point blank for dmg out of reflect lol. I hate relying on Activator for the lock-on so I have really seen the damage after all 8 hits connect yet

It's stronger after using drone activator, but yeah.. too much hassle waiting for it to duplicate.. not to mention having to fire off the other direction... Base dmg, highest is Rushing Drone and easy times 2 when using mutation points.. but sometimes against lagging enemy it doesnt hit TT-TT

Yea. Thats the pain I feel when pvping (NA). You can have the field setup, but all it takes is a little lagto make it mean nothing

i personally fine MM to be quite easy and fun to play. But that's just me. I also like the DP system. it makes me think more before using a skill. But again that's just me

It's a shame about the system, he could have been such a cool class. The only reason I can see for this is the possiblity of freely using these skills could essentially bombard the enemy in PvP, leaving little room for a counterattack. Although, that's just a shot in the dark.

I see a lot about devs not caring about players and while some of this is true has anyone actually looked at the community itself? I have read through a lot of facebook comments threads and forums and most of the time its just players being childish of the most unavoidable things. It gets to the point that if I was a dev or GM and read through it to try to make things better and just constantly found that I would slowly stop caring as well. It is their job to maintain the game but if you were in their shoes would you really be going out of your way to bring MM early when you have people whining about DE?
