A 5 part skill chain that you can start once you hit 60. You finish it at 65. Unless you want to buy the skill from the Item Mall. But it's pretty pointless. You get 1 part of the quest per level starting at 60 (part 2 at 61, etc) and you need to be 65 to Learn the Hyper Active. So you should unlock it during normal leveling anyway. With the exception of part 4, where you have to clear Henir 10 times. (You don't need to get rewards from Henir, just clear it, so you can get all 10 done in one day) If you're dead set on buying it, add about 300 KC to the cost of the Advanced Skill Book. 300MP with a 180 second cooldown.
