Man, where’s that kids mother?! Now that kid gonna do that sh*** every time it’s another child’s birthday because they literally let that child have its way by letting them blow the candles out too! That’s not fair to the birthday girl it’s HER birthday and that child needs to understand that! My son used to do that and I’d take him away from the situation and sit and talk to him and explain to him that’s it’s NOT his birthday and that’s not his cake!! The mother is just too lazy to pull the child away and deal with it!! You can’t let kids have their way like that I swear they’ll be like that all the time and it’s EMBARRASSING!!

The little girl was Elsy’s niece. Her mom was the girl in black that was next to Elsy. I think they all just thought it was funny because the baby is still a toddler, but I totally get what you mean. I would’ve taken my baby away because it’s not fair for the birthday girl for my kid to be screaming over a cake and candles.

Damn, too many parents do not let their kids process being told no! Tantrums=kids learning to process not getting what they want=coping skills=IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS/LESSONS!! Letting your kids throw their tantrums without interfering is you HELPING them teach themselves to cope with and process their feelings properly
