This is an absolutely weak interview by Jay Leno. It's like he didn't do any research, so every question is awkward and irrelevant. You have two master musicians of the world. Ask about music. Ask about how they collaborate. Ask about their favorite stories. Anything but NY Post rumors. I never liked Jay Leno, but this is really embarrassing for him. Only the beautiful personalities of Sir Reginald and William save the interview. They are working 10 times harder than the guy who is supposed to be the host.

I think Jay was trying to be funny but going a little bit too far with the "gay" cracks. I think that's why Elton John kept saying "I beg your pardon", etc. as if he was mock offended. But it must be kind of a trigger sometimes if you ARE gay knowing how much sh*t he must have gotten about that in his life, maybe in school and probably from his father who apparently he didn't get along with and was pretty narrow-minded. And Billy Joel is just always so cool. Just sitting there completely comfortable with himself and doesn't have to prove anything. I always liked his lyrics... even when he was younger they were full of wisdom about life. Like he's an old soul
