Many artists do the “farewell tour” thing but still do shows occasionally. But I thought he was done with it all.

He retired from touring. This is a one-off performance. He is still retired.

He is still retired unfortunately. This is a one-off concert that was a private event. He even said to the audience at Cisco "you won't be seeing too much of me."
