The thing is. Richard knows of Elton's brilliance. Richard is doing an experiment of which he already knows the outcome. He also understands that not many people actually know how brilliant Elton really is - but he is going to make sure they do before the show is over.
I never cared for his music all that much, but this gives me a whole new respect for his talent, and obviously he's a musical genius to boot!

This is a great example of Elton's "in the moment" creativity. A quick glimpse into his compositional genius.
@scojo138212 жыл бұрын
Elton wrote most of the songs on "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" in about 20 minutes and those are actual hits. Being normal people, it's hard to fathom that kind of skill, but hey that's why he's a big deal!
@gabe_s_videos3 жыл бұрын
And apparently the whole process was completely professional: he and Bernie Taupin would have breakfast, then he'd come into Elton's office, drop a stack of lyrics on his piano like incoming mail, and Elton would go through them one by one and add music to each. The two of them a REALLY good at what they do!

You can be playing a piano for 50 years, or even longer. Doesn't mean they can do what Elton does. Some are simply single skilled, where Elton has always been multi-tasking/talented. Cheers!
